1. What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 12:00 hrs.
2. Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.
3. Do you have twin, triple and quadruple room?
We do have twin and triple room. However, no quadruple rooms are available.
4. Are king-sized beds available in the rooms?
Yes, we have king-sized beds in some of the rooms, and they can be requested upon reservation or check-in.
5. Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?
There is a safety deposit box in every guest room. There are also safety boxes available at the Front desk. They are available free of charge.
6. Is email service available at the hotel?
Guests are able to send and receive email at the Business Centre.
7. Is a babysitting service available?
Yes, we have babysitting service available on request, please inform at our kids club 1 day in advance, 1st hour is THB 200, the next hour is THB 180.
8. Are high chairs available in the restaurants?
Yes, we do have high chairs available in all our restaurants.
9. Where is breakfast served and at what times?
A breakfast buffet is served in the Sakuna Restaurant on the ground floor from 06:30-10:30 hrs.
10. Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurants?
A selection of vegetarian dishes is available in every outlet.
11. Do you have 24 hour room service?
Yes, we do.
12. What is the weather like at different times of the year?
As a general guideline, the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are clear skies and sunshine. The hot season is from April and May, when temperatures reach their highest. The rainy season is between June and September although it does not rain every day and usually the rain only lasts for an hour or so in the evening.
13. What should I wear in Thailand?
Thai people are quite modest. Conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.
14. Are there any shopping centres near the hotel and if so, where are they?
Market Village (one of the biggest shopping and entertainment complexes in Hua-Hin/Cha-am - bowling, movie theatres, etc.) is located nearby and it takes approximately 20 minutes by car.
15. How far is the hotel from downtown? What is the approximately cost for taxi to downtown and is there a shuttle bus service?
It takes approximately 20-minute drive to Hua-Hin town. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to downtown and local attractions. We charge a nominal fee for this service to our guests.
